How does VetLink work?
VetLink is an easily accessible portal that allows veterinarians and clinics to log in and view a dashboard of information related to the pets entrusted to us for aftercare, including
- Pet owner’s name
- Type of animal
- Arrival time at PCS
- Cremation package
- Status of cremains delivery
Additionally, veterinarians can search for pets by the owner’s name and filter results to view specific time frames. Updates to an animal’s status are reflected in VetLink in real-time, ensuring veterinarians are always informed about the status of their clients’ beloved animals.
How can I start using VetLink?
When you’re ready to get started, simply contact our team, and we will arrange for one of our staff members to visit your clinic or office. They will set up your VetLink system and provide a walkthrough to ensure you are comfortable using it effectively.
