Meet Ryan

Ryan McConaha Manager of Dispatch and Operations.

In his 11 years with Pet Cremation Services, Ryan McConaha has served as the Operations Manager and recently was recently named the Manager of Dispatch and Operations.

Ryan first joined the PCS team after learning about the opportunity from a friend, Jack Seymour, driver for PCS. Of course, PCS looks a little different now than when Ryan started, as he notes, “Growth is the most exciting thing for me. When I started there were just four employees now there are more than 25.”

When asked why he ultimately decided to join PCS and stay with the company for as long as he has, Ryan says it is the attention to detail and the compassion for each pet that sets the company apart and has made it such a fulfilling career. “I appreciate that we can help someone out when they don’t know what to do and when they are in a difficult point in their life.”

Ryan says when he is not working, he is either golfing or watching TV. He has three adult kids, Kristen, Kayli, and Colin, who also works at PCS. He also has a 4-year old granddaughter, Amelia. Last, but surely not least is his American Bulldog, Teaghlach, Irish for ‘family’.

What are three words that your colleagues or customers have used to describe you?

Hard-working, dedicated, honest.

What are you most excited for in terms of PCS?

Everything. The future.

What is your best advice?

Make time for family and friends. These are the only things that are irreplaceable.
