Pet Cremation Services is thrilled to introduce our newest team member and Sales Executive, Bri Johnson! Bri epitomizes the empathy and kindness that define our company culture, bringing her unwavering passion for animals and their families to every interaction.
Bri’s journey to our industry was driven by her deep-rooted love for animals and the families who cherish them. Since joining us, Bri has fit right in, quickly becoming an invaluable part of our team. She’s also relatively new to the Columbus area, having relocated from the Canton/Akron area, her hometown, at the end of 2022.
Before joining PCS, Bri worked in event management, honing her organizational skills and connecting with people from all walks of life. However, her desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of animals and their families (and a well-timed job-posting) led her to pursue a career with us.
As our Sales Executive, Bri spends her days helping customers as they navigate their final goodbyes. She works closely with them to understand how PCS can offer the best support, guiding them through our range of options and memorial products, ensuring each decision is made with care and compassion. When you are not working, how do you like to spend your free time?
I love to garden, but when I’m not nurturing my plants, you can typically find me playing video games with the company of my two cats – Macchiato and Yuna!
