So, we’ve been in the process of moving our services from our current location to a newer, larger facility located just minutes from downtown Columbus. With this new space, we will be able to meet the needs of more families while reducing wait times and enhancing overall efficiency.
For the last several months, we’ve been collaborating as a team to design an environment that better supports our customers at every step of the cremation process. Here’s what you can expect:
- A Spacious Waiting/Reception Area: Designed to provide comfort and privacy, this welcoming space ensures families have room to reflect, grieve, or discuss their needs with our team in a calming atmosphere.
- A Viewing Room for the Cremation Process: For those who find comfort in witnessing the process, we’re creating a dedicated area where families can honor their pets in a meaningful way.
- A Large Drop-Off and Pick-Up Area: Designed for convenience and privacy, this expanded area ensures that every drop off and pick up is handled with respect and ease for both families and our veterinary partners.
- Additional Consultation Space: To foster stronger, more efficient partnerships with veterinary clinics, our new facility will feature dedicated consultation areas. These thoughtfully designed spaces will allow us to collaborate more effectively and provide seamless support to our veterinary partners.
- Updated Equipment: Our new facility will feature updated equipment designed to provide the highest standard of cremation services. This investment allows us to offer more advanced options, including alternative farewell choices, ensuring families have meaningful ways to honor and remember their beloved pets.
