Timeliness matters – especially during moments like these. When you work with Pet Cremation Services – whether through your vet or by contacting us directly – you can expect prompt, personal service from the start.
If we receive a call before 2 p.m., we can often provide same-day pickup from your home or veterinary office. If we’re going directly to your home to retrieve your pet, we will give you a convenient two-hour window, so you know exactly when to expect our visit.
One of our eight compassionate drivers will arrive during that timeframe to transfer your pet into our care. Each driver understands that pets are family, and that this is a very difficult step in the process. You can trust that we will handle this step – and every part of the process that follows – with the upmost respect and dignity.
Before leaving, we will go through memorial options and make sure you have our contact information and a clear understanding of next steps. We’ll reach out as soon as your pet is ready to come home.
How Long Does Cremation Take?
The cremation itself is just one part of the process. What typically matters most to families is when their pet’s ashes will return home – and we work to make that happen as quickly as possible. We’re committed to returning remains within 3–5 business days, but many families receive ashes sooner.
What About Families Outside Columbus?
For families outside our Columbus service area, we follow a two-day delivery window.
For example, a Monday pickup often means ashes are returned by Wednesday.
We coordinate directly with you to schedule the delivery so you’re home and prepared.
